Bill and Lynne Macomber have just returned from Hershey, Pa., where they were vendors at an Antique Automobile Club of America flea market, along with about 10,000 other vendors. The annual event is the largest such gathering in the world and is attended by people from all over the globe. In the back of their 1940 Ford Panel Truck, they transported an Antique Motorcycle Club of America award-winning 1936 Indian motorcycle that Bill had restored.

A deal was struck with the help of Spanish interpreters and the Indian is taking its first trip out of the country, to the island of Tenerife, in the Canary Islands, a territory of Spain, off the coast of Africa.

The motorcycle will be crated before being loaded into the hold of a ship for the monthlong trip. Having sold two Indians this year, Bill and his son Travis have already begun to assemble another 1936 Indian that Bill has been working on for five years. This Indian is a personal favorite that they plan to enjoy.
