International-themed meals will be served at the Dr. Daniel Fisher House in Edgartown to support the International Travel Fund at the Martha’s Vineyard Public Charter School.
On Saturday, Jan. 12, a dinner of traditional fare from India will be served. On Jan. 26, a Jamaican dinner will be served.
Both events begin at 6 p.m. and are $55 per person for a five-course meal. Participants are asked to bring their own beverages. Tickets are available from the Martha’s Vineyard Public Charter School, 508-693-9900, or Midnight Farm, 508-693-1997.
Funds raised from these ethnically-themed dinners provide middle school students with assistance so that they can participate in the international trip organized every year by the charter school.
