The Hob Knob, an eco-boutique hotel in Edgartown, is pleased to offer Winter Wellness packages, beginning January 2010. These packages incorporate weekend stays at the hotel with a culinary and exercise program, providing a unique health and wellness experience. Katryn Yerdon, ISSA certified personal trainer and professional chef will offer cooking classes and guided nature hikes.

In January, the program will include a two-night stay at the Hob Knob, healthy small plates cooking class, private group yoga at the Hob Knob’s luxury Tilton House property, a guided trail hike, prix fixe dinner at a local fine dining restaurant, a private group Felix Neck tour and late checkout on Sunday. February features a two-night stay at the Hob Knob, health benefits of red wine tasting, a half-hour massage, guided trail hike, healthy winter cooking class, private group yoga at Tilton House, health benefits of tea seminar and a late checkout. The March program will be similar to the January program. The Winter Wellness packages will be offered the weekends of January 22 to 24, February 19 to 21 and March 12 to 14, 2010, with rates starting at $375 per person based on double occupancy. Packages without accommodations will be available as well.
