Felix Neck’s summer day camp encourages kids actively to investigate their surroundings, make their own discoveries, appreciate nature and have fun. Campers hike the 350-acre sanctuary’s trails, net at the ponds, monitor wildlife, play games, sing songs and much more. Sessions run from June 20 to Sept. 2.

For details, go online to massaudubon.org/felixneck, e-mail felixneck@massaudubon.org or call 508-627-4850. Camp registration is first come, first served and is accepted by phone, fax or mail.

For those who are too old for camp but still want to be involved, Felix Neck offers a leader-in-training program for young adults, ages 14 to 18. LITs assist counselors in planning and teaching lessons. This is an opportunity for young adults to develop leadership skills, foster personal growth, and develop an environmental ethic to carry throughout their lives. LITs participate for weeklong sessions, and can do multiple weeks throughout the summer.
