Dee Dice has been selected to present a workshop at the 38th Annual New England Adoption Conference: Tales of the Journey: Past, Present and Future. Ms. Dice’s workshop will focus on the realities of single parenting.

Ms. Dice is the mother of two adopted children, both girls, from Cambodia and Guatemala. She recently returned from a homeland trip to Cambodia, where her daughter Sienna, age ten, was born. That trip was a subject of a story reported in the Vineyard Gazette on Jan. 21 and can be seen online under the title, Finding Family, Finding Themselves.

Ms. Dice is also the owner of Eden Market and Garden Center in Vineyard Haven.

The adoption conference will take place on Saturday, April 2 at Bellingham High School in Bellingham, Mass. This is the largest annual single-day adoption conference in the United States, bringing together hundreds of adoptive parents, birth parents, prospective adopters, adopted persons and adoption professionals to learn, share information and support each other.

The conference brochure, workshop descriptions and registration materials are available at AdoptionCommunityofNE.org or by calling 508-366-6812.
