Habitat for Humanity of Martha’s Vineyard will host a ribbon-cutting and volunteer appreciation reception on Saturday, June 23, at the site of its most recently completed affordable home.

The home, Habitat’s eighth on Martha’s Vineyard, is located at 49 Bailey Park Road in West Tisbury. The one-story, three-bedroom house was originally located on State Road near the Martha’s Vineyard Savings Bank. The donated home was moved to its current location in two pieces. Now, after more than 2,400 hours of donated labor, the home will be purchased and inhabited by Joe and Jenn Fragosa and their young daughter.

The reception is open to the public and will include a tour of the property. Refreshments will follow. Bailey Park Road is located off Great Plains Road in West Tisbury. The reception begins at 4 p.m.
