Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary is once again offering Fern & Feather Natural History Day Camp scholarships and discounts to year-round Vineyard residents. The summer camp, for children entering pre-kindergarten to eighth grade, offers children the opportunity to explore the wildlife sanctuary’s 250 acres of forests, fields, salt marshes and fresh- and saltwater communities through games, outdoor investigation, natural history lessons, hikes, stories and crafts. Those entering ninth grade and up may apply for the Leader-in-Training Program. For more information or to apply for a scholarship, contact Marion Hammond by calling 508-627-4850, or visit massaudubon.org/felix-neck-camp. Those who wish to make a donation to send a child to camp should visit massaudubon.org/felixneck.
