The Friends of Sengekontacket is teaming with Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary again this summer to offer a program for children ages four and up. The program, Saturdays on Sengie, begins on Saturday, July 6, and will run on successive Saturdays through August 17. Each session will be taught by a professional naturalist/educator from Felix Neck, and will include environmental education as well as science and exploration. There is no cost for these events but children must be accompanied by an adult who will stay for the entire program. The sessions will begin at the Little Bridge at the Oak Bluffs end of the Joseph Sylvia State Beach at 9:30 a.m., and last approximately one hour, rain or shine.
