The Cottagers in Oak Bluffs present the 10th annual African American Cultural Festival on Thursday and Friday, July 31 and August 1, at Cottagers Corner and Hartford Park, 57 Pequot avenue in Oak Bluffs. Admission is free and activities for all ages include vendors, food and an exhibit from the Gilder-Lehrman Institute for American History. Stroll around the Camp Ground and park and listen and learn at one of the mini-talks presented throughout the event, which runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.

Proceeds benefit the Cottagers scholarship fund.
