Good news! Both Charlie, the golden retriever pup, as well as Bob Marley, the Lab/boxer mix, have gone to their forever homes. We wish both of them and their new families a lifetime of happiness together.

Delightful fellow Chaps is in search of a loving new owner. — Alison L. Mead

Nine-year-old tuxedo male Curious has joined 11-year-old white and black boy Chaps and orange elder statesman Milo in the cat room. Everyone seems to be getting along famously. Soon to be joining them is one-year-old Ovid. Ovid is white with black markings, similar to Chaps, and has a very pretty face to go along with his delightful personality. He would be a wonderful addition to any family. Please stop by to meet these fellows, even if it’s just to give them some desperately-needed affection.

Young female feline Maryanne is having some minor health issues dealt with before she will join the boys in the cat room. Hopefully the addition of a female to the boys’ club won’t shake things up too much.

And our Beauty, the lovely, seven-year-old long-haired female cat with frosted tips is spending her time with the staff and volunteers in the lobby, helping to greet visitors. She too is looking for that special person to share her life with.

Attention bulldog lovers. Bubbles, a seven-year-old male white-and-brown English bulldog has arrived at the shelter. He is a sweet, well-behaved guy who will be neutered before joining his new forever home. Please stop in to meet this charming gentleman. If you are interested in Bubbles his adoption fee will be waived.
