On Friday, July 8, singer-songwriter Dana Williams will perform at Alex’s Place at the YMCA.

Ms. Williams is the daughter of the late David Williams, who was a guitarist for Michael Jackson for nearly 30 years. She attended the Tisbury School as a young girl and has returned to the Island to peform for many summers. She cites Ella Fitzgerald and Billie Holiday as her inspirations.
