With the Christmas season now here, and in the spirit of giving, the shelter is looking for that special Christmas angel to give Holly a home. Holly has been residing at the shelter for way too long, almost a year. She’s a six-year-old tabby that came to us from an unfortunate situation and is not always trusting of people. Her ideal home would be with someone who can let her have free rein, leave her alone, and have the patience to wait until she feels comfortable enough to seek you out. She does ask for affection but once she is pet, she does not always respond well. She has come around quite a bit during her time here but she would be much happier, and progress more quickly, in a permanent home where she feels safe. Holly might also be happiest as an only cat.

Handsome, two year old brothers, Magic and Larry, are still hoping that someone discovers how wonderful they are and gives them a home(s) for Christmas. Magic is a good size tuxedo cat with perfect markings and big green eyes, absolutely stunning, and Larry is a big buff boy with pale green eyes, and a great personality. These two are very playful and affectionate.

A new resident just arrived. Bella is a six-year-old dilute calico. A good size girl, a little on the shy side. More information to come once she’s been assessed. With the cold weather upon us be mindful of the temperature if you plan on leaving your dog in a car for any length of time.
