Kids can count down the New Year a little early at the Edgartown library on Wednesday, Dec. 31, from 1 to 3 p.m. It may be early but they’ll have all the relevant fixings — noisemakers, party hats, popcorn and other treats, and a screening of the Broadway musical Peter Pan starring Cathy Rigby.
