Bernice Strock Sugarman Loved Gardening and Art

During the 50 years that she was a visitor to the Vineyard, she stayed primarily at the Main street house and at the houses that the family acquired at Farm Neck. She had many interests, including a life-long passion for foreign travel, gardening, music and art. However, most of her time and energy was devoted to caring for and supporting her family. In her final years she resided in Wellesley and continued to visit the Vineyard whenever she could.
She is survived by three sons, Dr. Peter Strock, Marcus Strock and Neil Strock, eight grandchildren and two great-granddaughters. Dr. Peter Strock has continued to conduct the dental practice.
