Here come the winter finches!
We feed birds because we want to see birds close to our houses, to see birds up-close and personal.
The seasons have changed from summer to autumn; you can feel it in the air.
The first week of October is peak falcon time on Martha’s Vineyard.
Lanny McDowell and Pete Gilmore came across a sad scene on Sept. 14 as they walked along the path between Moshup Trail and Moshup Beach.
It must be September! The peak of migration is here and birds are widespread across the Island.
