Aquinnah Board of Health

The Aquinnah Board of Health will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 3:00PM to discuss the granting of variances required to construct a septic system upgrade at #832 State Road, Aquinnah Assessor Parcel 9-137, belonging to Anna Trede. The following variances are being sought: Leaching facility to property line 30’ required; 1’ and 6’ proposed. Leaching facility to foundation 10’ required; 9’ proposed. Leaching facility to well (locus) 150’ required; 90’ proposed. Leaching facility to wetlands 150’ required; 24’ proposed.
