NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

On Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at 6:00PM, the Edgartown Planning Board will hold a public hearing in the Town Hall, Main Street, on the request of Joseph Giacalone, on behalf of Katama Point LLC (Owner) for a modification to the original special permit, issued on September 11, 2018, to allow placement of pool equipment (e.g., filter, pump, heater, etc.) on a concrete pad on the east side of the proposed pool house. This application is made in accordance with Section 11 of Chapter 40A of the General Laws and Section 5.1 of the Edgartown Zoning Bylaw. The property is located at 17 Katama Point Rd., Assr. Pcl. 46-33. Copies of the application are available in the Planning Office for public review.

EDGARTOWN ZONING BOARD

OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

On Wednesday, 1 May 2019 at 7:00PM the Edgartown Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Town Hall, Main Street, on the request of the Harbor View Hotel for a special permit under section 11.9 (f) of the bylaw to construct a 176 sq. ft. pool bar. This pool bar will replace an existing 225 sq. ft. pool bar, and will be in a different location. The property is located at 131 North Water Street, Assr. Pcl. 20B-107 in the R-5 Residential District. Copies of the application are available in the Zoning Office and in the office of the Town Clerk.

EDGARTOWN ZONING BOARD

OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

On Wednesday, 1 May 2019 at 7:10PM the Edgartown Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Town Hall, Main Street, on the appeal by Norman & Margaret Rankow of the Building/Zoning Inspector’s decision not to enforce certain provisions of a special permit issued by the Edgartown Planning Board in June of 2017. The provisions pertain to shared use of a pier located at 41 South Water Street, Assr. Pcl. 20D-328. Copies of the appeal are available in the Zoning Office and in the office of the Town Clerk.
