Notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 87, Section 3 of the Massachusetts General Laws and amendments thereto, that Courtney Brady, has requested permission to remove the following public shade tree. The tree is a sycamore maple approximately 32 inch DBH and 35 foot height. The tree is located at 40 South Summer Street. Assessors map 20D, parcel 139.

A public hearing will be held upon said request at 4:00 PM on Monday June 5, 2017 in the Fred B. Morgan meeting room of the Town Hall, 70 Main Street, Edgartown, Massachusetts.

The Edgartown Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 5:30PM in the Edgartown Town Hall – Selectmen’s Meeting Room – 1st Floor, on the application of Cellco Partnership d/b/a/ Verizon Wireless to modify an administrative review approved on 5/2/16 to: extend deadline to start construction, and revise maintenance plans to eliminate the proposed installation of the approved propane-fired emergency generator and propane storage tank at the site and replace it with a second battery cabinet in its currently designated area in the existing equipment shed. The property is located at 59 North St, Assessors’ Parcel 29A-96 in the R-20 residential district.
