Notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 138 of the Massachusetts General Laws and amendments thereto, that Isola, LLC., Peter Sullo, Manager, has applied for permission to alter the licensed premise (change storage space) of the annual restaurant license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises. The new description will read as follows: Premises located at 19 Church St. Single floor wood frame building with two connecting dining areas, bar, kitchen, restrooms, and storage. TOWN OF EDGARTOWN REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

# BOS-18-YH LEASE OF TOWN-OWNED PROPERTY: THE YELLOW HOUSE

The Town of Edgartown, acting by and through its Board of Selectmen, is seeking sealed proposals to lease and develop a portion of the property located at 66 Main Street, Edgartown, Massachusetts. The term of lease will be defined by the proposer as part of the proposal, provided that the total lease term, including automatic renewal provisions, if any, shall be at least fifteen years, and not more than thirty years. All proposals and disposition of property shall be in accordance with MGL Chapter 30 B.

The property to be considered for lease by the Town of Edgartown is as follows: A portion of the real property located at 66 Main Street, Edgartown, shown approximately as Assessor’s Map 20D, Lot 125, more particularly described in an Order of Taking dated June 26, 2017, recorded in the Dukes County Registry of Deeds in Book 1442, Page 310, together with The Yellow House located thereon. The precise dimensions of the property to be leased are shown as Parcel “A” and Parcel “B” on the plan attached hereto as Exhibit B, unless the winning bidder proposes a lesser area.

Specifications are available at the Town of Edgartown’s Selectmen’s Office, Town Hall, Third Floor, 70 Main St, Edgartown, Massachusetts 02539; or by calling to request them at (508)627-6185 between 9:00AM and 4:00PM; or by emailing jmulinare@edgartown-ma.us. Specifications will be made available on Wednesday June 6, 2018 at 10:00AM. A pre-bid information session will be held on Wednesday June 13, 2018 at 2:00PM in the Selectmen’s Meeting room at Town Hall; attendance is not mandatory. Proposals may be submitted until Monday, July 16, 2018 at 12:00PM. Proposals will be received by the Town Administrator’s office at the Office of the Selectmen at Town Hall, third floor.

ALL PROPOSALS SHALL BE SUBMITTED AS FOLLOWS: One Original and seven (7) copies of the Proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope where and when indicated in this Request for Proposals, plainly marked: Proposal for “Lease and Rehabilitation of the Yellow House, Ref BOS-18-YH” (with your company name on the front of the envelope). An electronic version of the Proposal must be submitted to Juliet Mulinare, Procurement Office, by email, at jmulinare@edgartown-ma.us. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified check or money order in the amount of $5,000.00 made payable to the Town of Edgartown. The Chief Procurement Officer shall organize the evaluation of the proposals with one or more representatives from the Yellow House Committee, which was appointed by the Selectmen, which shall make a recommendation to the Selectmen. The Board of Selectmen is the Awarding Authority.

The Town reserves the right to extend the deadline for submission of Proposals or any other deadline in this RFP, to request supplementary information, to conduct interviews or public meetings with any or all of the Proposers submitting proposals, to waive minor informalities, to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to terminate or amend this RFP, to modify or amend with the consent of the Proposer any proposal prior to acceptance, to refrain from entering into the Master Lease, and/or to issue a new RFP if in its sole judgment the best interests of the Town would be served in doing so, all in the Town’s sole discretion.

Notice is hereby given that at 4:00PM on Thursday June 21st, 2018 the Edgartown Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing in the Selectman’s Meeting Room on the first floor of the Edgartown Town Hall, on an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness made by Patrick Ahearn as agent for John and Cyndy O’Hara.
