On Wednesday, 4 October 2017 at 7:30PM the Edgartown Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Town Hall, Main Street, on the request of Joao Paulo & Megan Vasconcelos for a special permit under section 11.19 of the bylaw to create an accessory apartment in an existing dwelling located on a preexisting, nonconforming lot at 3 Fifteenth Street South, Assr. On Wednesday, 27 September 2017 at 5:00PM the Edgartown Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on the second floor of the Town Hall on the notice of intent filed by Athearn Acquisition LLC under the Edgartown Wetlands Protection Bylaw and the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act. The project involves the construction of an addition and the installation of a fire pit on property is located at 1 Planting Field Lane, Assr. Map 13 Lot 15.

Town of Edgartown Historic District Commission Public Hearing Notice 86 Main St. (20BD-61)

Notice is hereby given that at 4:00PM on October 5th, 2017 the Edgartown Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing in the Selectman’s Meeting Room on the first floor of the Edgartown Town Hall, on an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness made by Cotuit Solar - agent for St. Elizabeth’s Roman Catholic Church, to install 46, 285 watt, black on black solar modules on the Pent Lane side of the church.

EDGARTOWN PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Modification to a Special Permit Island Holdings LLC, d.b.a.

Winnetu Oceanside Resort 31 Dunes Rd

The Edgartown Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at 5:30PM in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room, 1st Floor, Edgartown Town Hall on a modification to a special permit issued on July 1, 2003 to Island Holdings LLC, d.b.a. Winnetu Oceanside Resort to demolish an existing swimming pool and patio and rebuild new 30’x 70’ swimming pool, enlarged patio and a 10’x 15’ hot tub along with related landscaping and utilities to be located on the existing swimming pool and patio site. The property is located on 7.1 acres at 31 Dunes Rd, Assessors’ Parcel 52-26.1 in the R-60 residential district. The hearing is held in accordance with MGL Chapter 40A and Edgartown zoning bylaw article 14.5.4.b. in the Katama Airfield & Conservation Area. PUBLIC NOTICE Town of Edgartown Request for Proposals –

Grant Administration CDBG Program Grant

The Town of Edgartown is requesting proposals for grant administration services for its CDBG FY17 CDBG Program that includes housing rehabilitation and childcare subsidies. Copies of the detailed Request for Proposals may be obtained from the office of the Town Administrator or on the town website www.edgartown-ma.us . Interested firms qualified in the field of grant administration shall submit proposals to the Town Administrator at Edgartown Town Hall, 70 Main Street, Edgartown, MA 02539 by 4:00PM, Friday, September 22, 2017. Minimum qualifications are: five years of successful experience in grant administration, including projects of similar scale and scope; and evidence of suitable insurance coverage for such services. Selection criteria are included in the detailed Request for Proposals. Respondents must comply with all applicable civil rights and employment opportunity laws. The Town of Edgartown reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposals received, and to accept the proposal which best meets the criteria set by the Town.
