Notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 138 of the Massachusetts General Laws and amendments thereto, that Harbor View Hotel Owner, LLC d/b/a The Harbor View Hotel, has applied for permission to alter the licensed premise of the annual Innholders license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises. The alterations include: Renovations of Bar 1 (Bettini), Reconfiguation and improvement of Bar 2 (Roxana) and relocation and construction of the pool bar. The description of the license will be the same: Located at 131 North Water Street. Entrances and exits to the same. Hotel with four floors, cellar storage, pool, work room, plus nine additional outbuildings.
