The Edgartown Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at 6:40PM in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room in Edgartown Town Hall – 1st Floor, on the application of McCarron Murphy & Vukota LLC on behalf of Thomas Silberstein & Elizabeth Newman, 3 Beach Plum Meadows Rd, Assessors’ Parcel 45-55.1 (referenced as Lot 1 on the site plan prepared for Preston Richardson by Schofield Barbini & Hoehn dated June 27, 2000) and three-fourths (3/4) majority of the Lot Owners of Beach Plum Meadows Subdivision to amend a private restrictive covenant (Beach Plum Meadows Neighborhood Association Declaration of Protective Covenants and Restrictions) dated February 12, 2001 in accordance with Section 4, Miscellaneous Provisions, Section 4.1-Amendment.
