TISBURY CONSERVATION

COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Tisbury Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 6:00PM, in the Tisbury Town Hall Annex, under M.G.L., C. 131, s.40, the Wetlands Protection Act and under the Tisbury Wetlands By-Law on the notice of intent filed by 129 Hines Point LLC. The project involves the demolition of a dwelling and reconstruction of a single family dwelling, swimming pool, septic system with associated landscaping. The project is located at 129 Hines Point, Assessor Parcel #11-A-42. The application, plans and request are available for review at the Tisbury Conservation Commission office, (508)696-4260.

The Tisbury Conservation Commission will meet on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 6:05PM, in the Tisbury Town Hall Annex, to consider the Request for Determination of Applicability under the Wetlands Protection Act and the Tisbury Wetlands By-Law, filed by the Dweck Family Trust. The request involves the relocation of existing landscape plantings. The project is located at 3 Hines Point, Assessor Parcel #13-C-1. PUBLIC NOTICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW

PROJECT: To license and permit repairs and improvements to existing marine infrastructure and construct operations and maintenance facility for offshore wind support LOCATION: 190 Beach Road, Tisbury, MA PROPONENT: Tisbury Marine Terminal, LLC

The undersigned is submitting an Environmental Notification Form ("ENF") to the Secretary of Energy & Environmental Affairs on or before Dec 2, 2019 (date) This will initiate review of the above project pursuant to the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act ("MEPA", M.G.L. c. 30, s.s. 61-62I). The Secretary of Energy & Environmental Affairs will publish notice of the ENF in the Environmental Monitor, will receive public comments on the project for 20 days, and will then decide, within ten days, if an environmental Impact Report is needed. A site visit and consultation session on the project may also be scheduled.
