NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING WEST TISBURY CONSERVATION

COMMISSION

The West Tisbury Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting under the requirements of the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Ecosystem Solutions on behalf of Christopher Cottrell for a determination on his request for an agricultural exemption under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw to cut up to 5,000 board feet or ten cords of fire wood per year for his personal use. Tree cutting is proposed within the Resource Areas and Buffer Zone at 274 Indian Hill Road, Assessors Map 15 Lot 1. The public meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 6:10PM. Public participation will be via remote participation (Zoom) pursuant to M. G. L. Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021 as extended. The procedure to join the meeting is provided on the Conservation Commission meeting agenda posted on the Town website (www.westtisbury-ma.gov) at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
