If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. The Martha’s Vineyard Transit Authority (VTA) is requesting proposals from qualified and responsible firms for year round cleaning services at the VTA Operations and Maintenance Center, 11 A Street, Edgartown, the Edgartown Visitors Center and Public Restrooms, 29 Church Street, Edgartown, and other seasonal employee housing locations. RESTAURANT CONCESSION

AGREEMENT 71 AIRPORT ROAD, WEST TISBURY, MA

The Martha’s Vineyard Airport Commission (Airport) invites sealed proposals from a single individual or firm for a non-exclusive Restaurant Concession Agreement. The available space is approximately 2,576 square feet (SF) for use as a commercial restaurant and associated work and storage spaces for operation as a Restaurant. The Concession Agreement term will be for 5.5 years. All kitchen, serving, and seating area equipment must be provided by the proposer. The Request for Proposal documents and supporting information can be obtained in person from the Airport Properties Manger, 71 Airport Road, West Tisbury, MA 02568 and at www.MVYAirport.com/available-space/. A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at the General Aviation Conference Room at 10:00AM to entertain questions and review the submission requirements. Proposals are due no later than Friday, February 28, 2020, at noon to the Airport Properties Manager, 71 Airport Road, Vineyard Haven, MA 02568. All responses must be received in a sealed envelope properly marked prior to the deadline per the submission requirements found in the RFP documents. The Martha’s Vineyard Transit Authority (VTA) is requesting sealed bids for the sale of one (1) 2006 Chevrolet Silverado Hybrid K1500 pick up (1GCEK19T36Z212995) and one (1) 2011 Ford Cutaway E350 minibus (1FDEE3FS3BDB14759). The above vehicles have been taken out of VTA service and will be sold in “as is” condition with no warranty expressed or implied. The VTA urges prospective bidders to view the vehicles before submitting a bid. The above vehicles will be available for inspection at 11 A Street in the Airport Business Park, Edgartown, MA, by calling (508)693-9440 ext.125.
