NOTICE OF MORTGAGEE'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE

Premises: 22 Hillmans Point Way, Vineyard Haven, Massachusetts

By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by William C McConnell, Jr. and Judith L. McConnell to Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation, a Subsidiary of IndyMac Bank, F.S.B. and now held by Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, said mortgage dated February 28, 2006, and recorded in the Dukes County Registry of Deeds, in Book 1074 at Page 1067, as affected by an Assignment of Mortgage dated November 30, 2009, and recorded with said Deeds in Book 1199 at Page 829, as affected by an Assignment of Mortgage dated April 25, 2016, and recorded with said Deeds in Book 1405 at Page 471, as affected by an Assignment of Mortgage dated April 2, 2019, and recorded with said Deeds in Book 1493 at Page 197, as affected by an Assignment of Mortgage dated November 12, 2020, and recorded with said Deeds in Book 1556 at Page 53, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder, for breach of the conditions in said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction on May 21, 2021, at 1:00 PM Local Time upon the premises, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, to wit: The land with the buildings thereon, in Tisbury, County of Dukes County and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, bounded and described as follows: FIRST PARCEL Beginning at the waters of Tashmoo Lake about five (5) feet northeasterly of an iron pipe; THENCE Southeasterly by the waters of said Tashmoo Lake about one hundred (100) feet to land formerly of Ralph M. Packer, (being the parcel hereinafter described); THENCE About South 57 degrees 11' West by the same about three (3) feet to an iron pipe and continuing along the same course and by parcel hereinafter described, two hundred seventy-two (272) feet to an iron pipe and to a right of way; THENCE North 31 degrees 45' West by said right of way, fifty and 90/100 (50.90) feet to an iron pipe and to land of J. Paul Darby; THENCE North 47 degrees East by land of said J. Paul Darby, two hundred sixty-five (265) feet to an iron pipe and continuing along the same course about five (5) feet to the waters of Tashmoo Lake and to the point of beginning. All as shown on a plan of "Land at Northern Pines, Ralph M. Packer, October 1946. Scale 30 feet", by W.F. Swift, Surveyor, recorded in Dukes County Registry of Deeds, Book 212, Page 136. SECOND PARCEL Beginning at the southwesterly corner of land formerly of Clifford I. and Jeannette Packer, said corner being the most westerly corner of the herein described parcel; THENCE North 57 degrees 11' 00" East by the said land hereinbefore described, about three hundred six (306) feet to the waters of Tashmoo Pond; THENCE Southeasterly by the waters of Tashmoo Pond about twenty-five (25) feet; THENCE South 57 degrees 11' 00" West by land now or formerly of Edward H. Smith about ninety-five (95) feet to an iron pipe bound and containing in the same course two hundred eleven and 04/100 (211.04) feet to an iron pipe bound at land of Ralph M. Packer; THENCE North 31 degrees 45' 00" West by land of Ralph M. Packer, twenty-five and 00/100 (25.00) feet to the point or place of beginning. All as shown on the plan filed with the Dukes County Registry of Deeds and being Lot "A", said plan entitled, '"Plan of Land in Tisbury, Mass., Surveyed for Clifford I. and Jeannette Packer, April 1961, Scale: l "=50', Dean R. Swift, Registered Land Surveyor", recorded in Book 242, Page 7. Being the same premises conveyed to the herein named mortgagor (s) by deed recorded with Dukes County Registry of Deeds in Book 00380, Page 0669. The description of the property contained in the mortgage shall control in the event of a typographical error in this publication. For Mortgagor's Title see deed dated November 4, 1980, and recorded in Book 380 at Page 669 with the Dukes County Registry of Deeds. TERMS OF SALE: Said premises will be sold and conveyed subject to all liens, encumbrances, unpaid taxes, tax titles, municipal liens and assessments, if any, which take precedence over the said mortgage above described. Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School District Invitation for Bids Surplus School Vehicles

Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School District invites bids for the sale of ten (10) surplus vehicles: seven (7) 2010 Bluebird school buses, one (1) Chevrolet Expcut vehicle, one (1) IC Bus, and one (1) Ford Expedition. All vehicles are being sold as is and all sales are final. Vehicles must be removed from the property by Thursday June 3, 2021. Vehicles can be inspected by appointment only through Marc Rivers, Transportation Manager by calling (508)560-2003 or mrivers@mvyps.org.

Bids will need to be per vehicle (if interested in more than one vehicle please include the vehicle VIN and the bid for each), and must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Marc Rivers Transportation Manager, and be received at 4 Pine Street, Vineyard Haven, MA 02568 by Thursday May 27, 2021, before 12:00PM (Eastern Standard Time).
