The Martha’s Vineyard Airport
invites sealed bids for the Reconstruct T-Hangar Taxilane Project
Bid documents can be obtained online at https://bidportal.mjinc.com/bidportal/index under the project name “Martha’s Vineyard Airport – Reconstruct T-Hangar Taxilane,” starting on March 22, 2023. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided in the project documents and in a sealed envelope clearly marked as specified in the bid documents. A non-mandatory but highly recommended Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Martha’s Vineyard Airport, 71 Airport Road, West Tisbury, MA 02575 on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at 11:00AM. Bids will be accepted at Martha’s Vineyard Airport until 11:00AM prevailing time on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 and publicly opened forthwith.
Any contract regarding this bid must be approved by Martha’s Vineyard Airport Commission, who reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it’s in its best interest to do so. The owner does not discriminate against any bidder because of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability in consideration for an award. Contractors will be required to meet minority (3.6%) and female (6.9%) participation goals as an affirmative action requirement. A Race-Neutral DBE goal of 3.71% has been established. Trade Restriction Certification, Buy American Preference, Federal Fair Labor Standards Act, Davis-Bacon Act and MA Wage rates apply. Contractor shall not be debarred or suspended by any federal agency to participate.
