My big vegetable garden is in a frost pocket. All the annuals have died with the exception of the old-fashioned climbing petunias.

I have been enjoying the herd of black sheep roaming the field at the Norton Farm on the Edgartown Road.

I take my small hound dog everywhere in my truck. She is a huge wimp.

There have been a series of beautiful days. Chilly mornings, but moving into lovely afternoons.

My vegetable garden is beat up. What wasn’t hit by frost last week was trashed by Sunday’s wind.

I finally purchased some garlic bulbs. I tried a few seed catalogues but found a lot of them were sold out.
