Dylan Kenney MacDevette and Kevin MacDevette of West Tisbury announce the birth of a daughter, Lucia Rose MacDevette, born August 5 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Lucia weighed 8 pounds, 14.2 ounces at birth.
