The following cases were heard in Edgartown district court.

Dec. 19

Clark Taylor Montgomery, 52, of Oak Bluffs, arraigned on Dec. 16 charges in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving, negligent operation of motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Jan. 13.

Dec. 22

Sarah E. Dorsey, 36, of Middleboro, arraigned on June 18 charges in Oak Bluffs of larceny less than $250 and credit card fraud under $250. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Jan. 27.

Dennis P. Vogel, 58, of Oak Bluffs, arraigned on Feb. 1 charge in Oak Bluffs of larceny more than $250 by single scheme and, in eight separate cases, eight charges of credit card fraud less than $250 between Feb. 24 and August 28 in Oak Bluffs. According to police report filed in court, allegedly used debit card from Second Chance Animal Rescue without authorization and withdrew $1,000. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Jan. 30.

Dec. 23

Richard J. Brymer, 42, of Oak Bluffs, arraigned on June 5 charge in Oak Bluffs of assault with a dangerous weapon (knife). Pretrial hearing scheduled for Jan. 20.

Dale J. Phillips, 24, of West Tisbury, arraigned on Nov. 19 charge in Vineyard Haven of tagging property. In seven separate cases, arraigned on six counts of tagging property on Nov. 19 in Vineyard Haven and defacing property and malicious destruction of property less than $250 on Nov. 19 in Chilmark. According to police report filed in court, charges stem from allegedly writing in white spray paint on the Tashmoo overlook guardrail, State Road, Lagoon Pond Road, and spray painting on a street sign and an oak tree in Chilmark. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Feb. 3.
