The following cases were heard in Edgartown district court.

Feb. 17

Kayla R. Mastromonaco, 29, of West Tisbury, arraigned on Feb. 16 charge in West Tisbury of assault and battery on family/household member. Pretrial hearing continued to March 10.

Feb. 23

Eudes R. Deoliveira, 55, of Edgartown, arraigned on Feb. 21 charges in Edgartown of assault and battery with dangerous weapon (rock) and assault with dangerous weapon (pick axe). Re-arraignment scheduled for March 2 with court interpreter present.

Jonathan Larkin, 31, of Aquinnah, arraigned on Feb. 21 charge in Edgartown of assault with a dangerous weapon (knife). Pretrial hearing scheduled for March 2.

Erin L. Leone, 33, of Vineyard Haven, will have June 17 charge in Oak Bluffs of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed if $500 in costs is paid by March 22. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended dismissed upon request of commonwealth.

Angelica I. Lyon, 30, of Oak Bluffs, admitted sufficient facts on June 17 charge in West Tisbury of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended. Charge of drunken driving, second offense, amended from operating under the influence of drugs, second offense, dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Curtis D. Wolfe, 28, of Charlton, admitted to sufficient facts on July 20 charge in Vineyard Haven of negligent operation of motor vehicle, continued without a finding for three years. Ordered to pay $300 in fees and $65 monthly probation services fee for two years, $50 fee for one year. Drunken driving charge dismissed upon request of the commonwealth and found not responsible on motor vehicle lights violation.

Feb. 24

Emery E. Johnson, 45, of Oak Bluffs, will have August 27 charge in West Tisbury of possessing a class B drug (oxycodone) dismissed if $200 in costs is paid by May 24. Charge of indecent assault and battery on person 14 or older dismissed upon request of commonwealth, failure of alleged victim to cooperate.

Timothy Simmons, 35, of Vineyard Haven, had Oct. 11 charge in Vineyard Haven of assault and battery with dangerous weapon (hot coffee) dismissed upon request of commonwealth.

Martha Thorne, 65, of Vineyard Haven, admitted to sufficient facts on Jan. 30 charge in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving, continued without a finding for one year. Ordered to pay $600 in fees and $65 monthly probation services fee, to lose license for 45 days and undergo 24Q evaluation.
