The following cases were heard in Edgartown district court.

August 28

Carlos A. Bueno De Camargo, 35, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on August 26 charge in Vineyard Haven of assault and battery on family/household member. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Nov. 7.

Egor Bulychev, 20, of Oak Bluffs arraigned on August 28 charges in Oak Bluffs of indecent assault and battery on person 14 or older, unarmed and assault burglary, and breaking and entering in nighttime for felony. According to police report filed in court, allegedly entered a room at an Oak Bluffs hotel and assaulted a 17-year-old female. Bail set at $5,000 plus bail conditions and pretrial hearing continued to Sept. 11.

Randall J. Oliveira, 49, of Edgartown, arraigned on August 26 charges in Edgartown of assault and battery on family/household member and strangulation or suffocation. Granted conditional release at Sept. 1 dangerousness hearing, with several conditions. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Oct. 6.

August 31

David M. Viera, 48, of Edgartown, ar raigned on July 8 charge in Edgartown of violating abuse prevention order. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Oct. 6.

Sept. 1

Slaven Dejanovic, 31, of Oak Bluffs, arraigned on August 14 charges in Vineyard Haven of leaving scene of personal injury and crosswalk violation. According to police report allegedly hit pedestrian in crosswalk while driving on Edgartown Vineyard Haven Road and left scene. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Sept. 8.

Donald L. Gentry, 53, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on July 14 charge in Vineyard Haven of using motor vehicle without authority. According to police report filed in court, allegedly left Net Result box truck off-Island while picking up seafood. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Nov. 13.

David C. Hawkins, 56, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on July 15 charges in Oak Bluffs of trespassing and refusing to stop/identify for officer. According to police report allegedly violated no trespassing order prohibiting him from Oak Bluffs harbor. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Oct. 6.
