The following cases were heard in Edgartown district court.

Sept. 5

Michael D. Francis, 62, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on Sept. 3 charge in Oak Bluffs of assault and battery on family/household member. Bail set at $500 surety and pretrial hearing scheduled for Oct. 13.

Stefan Jokic, 24, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on Sept. 4 charges in Vineyard Haven of drunken driving, negligent operation of motor vehicle, and operating motor vehicle with license suspended for OUI. Bail set at $500 and pretrial hearing scheduled for Sept. 25.

Desmond D. Pope, 34, of Boston, arraigned on Sept. 2 charges in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving, negligent operation of motor vehicle, and state highway — wrong way. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Oct. 13.

Sept. 11

John Dosky, 58, of Sandy Hook, Conn., arraigned on Sept. 9 charges in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving, negligent operation of motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Sept. 29.

Evandro P. Medici, 21, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on Sept. 9 charges in Oak Bluffs of assault and battery and disorderly conduct. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Oct. 18.

Sept. 15

Maurice A. Abisdid-Wagner, 27, of Randolph, had Feb. 24, 2014 charge in Oak Bluffs of more than five unpaid parking tickets dismissed upon request of commonwealth.

Maurice A. Abisdid-Wagner, 27, of Boston, admitted sufficient facts on July 2, 2014 charge in Chilmark of breaking and entering building in the nighttime for a felony, continued without a finding for six months.

Owen P. French, 32, of Arlington, Va., admitted sufficient facts on June 30 charge in Edgartown of drunken driving, continued without finding for one year. Ordered to complete driver alcohol education program, lose license for 45 days, and pay $600 in fees and $65 monthly probation services fee. Charge of negligent operation of motor vehicle dismissed upon request of commonwealth and found not responsible on marked lanes violation, failure to stop/yield, and possessing open container of alcohol in motor vehicle.

Shauna L. Fullin, 37, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on July 3 charges in Oak Bluffs of negligent operation of motor vehicle and marked lanes violation. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Nov. 10.

Helen D. Gardner, 73, of Beachwood, Ohio, admitted sufficient facts on Sept. 6 charge in Edgartown of drunken driving, continued without finding for one year. Ordered to pay $600 in fees and $65 monthly probation services fee, complete driver alcohol education program and lose license for 45 days. Found not responsible on marked lanes violation.

Jonathan C. Killoran, 28, of Coventry R.I., found guilty in a bench trial on July 17, 2015 charges in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving and negligent operation of motor vehicle. Found not responsible on charges of marked lanes violation and failure to dim headlights.

Amanda B. Morison, 29, of Edgartown, had July 17 charges in Edgartown of assault and battery on family/household member and assault with dangerous weapon (knife) dismissed upon request of commonwealth, request of victim, failure to prosecute.

Thomas A. O’Dowd, 40, of Edgartown, pleaded guilty on March 10 charge in Edgartown of drunken driving, placed on probation for two years, ordered to pay $600 in fees and $65 monthly probation services fee, complete driver alcohol education course and lose license for 45 days. Admitted to sufficient facts on March 10 charge of negligent operation of motor vehicle, continued without finding for two years and ordered to pay $50 victim/witness assessment fee. Charge of marked lanes violation dismissed upon request of commonwealth. In a separate case, admitted sufficient facts on July 16 charge in Edgartown of negligent operation of motor vehicle, continued without finding for two years and ordered to pay $300 in fees. July 16 charge of drunken driving dismissed upon request of commonwealth.

Rawls M. Tiffany, 48, of Oak Bluffs, admitted sufficient facts on May 23 charges in Oak Bluffs of operating motor vehicle with license suspended and negligent operation of motor vehicle, continued without finding for one year and ordered to pay $300 in fees and $50 monthly probation services fee. Charge of operating under the influence of a drug (Lyrica) dismissed upon request of commonwealth and found not responsible on marked lanes violation.

Lee Ann Yeddo, 44, of Edgartown, found not guilty in a bench trial on July 24 charge in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving. Charge of negligent operation of motor vehicle dismissed upon request of commonwealth and found not responsible on speeding in violation of special regulation.

Sept. 18

Laura B. Maciel, 47, of Vineyard Haven, pleaded guilty on Dec. 3 charge in West Tisbury of trespassing, placed on probation for one year. Charges of breaking and entering for misdemeanor and larceny less than $250 dismissed upon request of commonwealth.

Barbara Puciul-Hoy, 56, of West Tisbury, admitted sufficient facts on April 28 charge in Oak Bluffs of negligent operation of motor vehicle, continued without finding for one year, ordered to pay $300 in fees and $50 monthly probation services fee and complete 20 hours of community service. Charge of drunken driving dismissed upon request of commonwealth and found not responsible on marked lanes violation.
