The following cases were heard in Edgartown district court.

Sept. 15

Maurice A. Abisdid-Wagner, 27, of South Boston, had July 2 charge in Chilmark of larceny from a building dismissed upon request of commonwealth.

Kelsey Donaldson-Lang, 24, of West Tisbury, found not guilty in a bench trial on May 29 charges in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving and negligent operation of motor vehicle. Found not responsible in bench trial on charges of possessing open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, and license not in possession.

Delmar D. Thomas, 30, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on Sept. 13 charge in Vineyard Haven of assault and battery on family/household member. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Nov. 3.

Sept. 18

Zadoc E. Moreis, 31, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on Sept. 16 charge in Oak Bluffs of disorderly conduct. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Oct. 13.

Michael J. Murphy, 65, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on Sept. 16 charges in Oak Bluffs of disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct on public conveyance (ferry), and municipal bylaw or ordinance violation (open container of alcohol). Pretrial hearing scheduled on Oct. 13.

Marcos D. Timoteo, 32, of West Tisbury, arraigned on Sept. 17 charges in Vineyard Haven of drunken driving, negligent operation of motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Nov. 3.

Sept. 20

Robert H. Decker, 32, of Edgartown, found not guilty in a jury trial on May 1, 2016 charge of drunken driving. Charge of negligent operation of motor vehicle dismissed upon request of commonwealth and found not responsible on marked lanes violation.

Amanda B. Morison, 29, of Edgartown, arraigned on Sept. 20 charges in Edgartown of assault and battery on family/household member and assault with dangerous weapon (beer bottle). Pretrial hearing scheduled for Oct. 20.

Sept. 22

Glenda Briggs, 59, of Oak Bluffs, pleaded guilty on May 20 charge in Chilmark of drunken driving, second offense, amended from third offense, placed on probation for two years, ordered to pay $600 in fees and $65 monthly probation services fee, complete driver alcohol education program and lose license for 45 days in Cahill disposition. Charge of negligent operation of motor vehicle dismissed upon request of commonwealth and found not responsible on charge of speeding.

Normand A. Boisvert, 30, of Oak Bluffs, admitted sufficient facts on July 5, 2016 charge in Vineyard Haven of negligent operation of motor vehicle, continued without finding for one year, ordered to pay $300 in fees and $50 monthly probation services fee and to complete 20 hours of community service. Charge of drunken driving dismissed upon request of commonwealth.

Anthony J. Breth, 31, of West Tisbury, admitted sufficient facts on May 13 charge in Vineyard Haven of negligent operation of motor vehicle, continued without finding for one year. Ordered to pay $300 in fees and $50 monthly probation services fee and complete 20 hours of community service. Charges of drunken driving and operating under the influence of drugs, and fount not responsible on marked lanes violation and speeding in violation of special regulation.

Collette K. Jordan, 24, of Edgartown, admitted sufficient facts on July 8 charge in Oak Bluffs of negligent operation of motor vehicle, continued without finding for one year and ordered to pay $300 in fees and $50 monthly probation services fee and complete 20 hours of community service. Charge of drunken driving dismissed upon request of commonwealth and found not responsible on marked lanes violation.

Melissa C. Martin, 47, and Oak Bluffs, admitted sufficient facts on larceny from building, continued without a finding for two years, restitution to be determined. Victim/witness assessment fee waived and $50 monthly probation services fee may be waived if paying restitution. Charge of wanton destruction of property more than $250 dismissed upon request of commonwealth. Charge of cruelty to animals dismissed on August 7 upon motion to dismiss being allowed.

John B. Nichols, 24, of Maynard, will have Sept. 22 charge in Oak Bluffs of disorderly conduct dismissed if $300 in costs is paid by Oct. 18. Charge of assault and battery dismissed upon request of commonwealth.

Megan C. Shevil (Viera), 38, of Oak Bluffs, admitted to sufficient facts on Jan. 1 charge in Oak Bluffs of negligent operation of motor vehicle, continued without finding for one year and ordered to pay $300 in fees and $50 monthly probation services fee and to complete 20 hours of community service. Charge of drunken driving dismissed upon request of commonwealth and found not responsible on failure to signal and marked lanes violation.

Allyson V. Wajda, 26, of Saint Johnsbury, Vt., admitted sufficient facts on August 8, 2015 charge in Vineyard Haven of negligent operation of motor vehicle, continued without a finding for one year, ordered to pay $300 in fees and $65 monthly probation services fee and complete 20 hours of community service. Charge of drunken driving dismissed upon request of commonwealth and found not responsible on marked lanes violation.

Andrew J. Wolstencroft, 30, of Somerville, will have Sept. 22 charge in Oak Bluffs of disorderly conduct dismissed if $300 in costs paid by Oct. 18. Charge of assault and battery dismissed upon request of commonwealth.
