The Martha’s Vineyard Land Bank reported revenues of $409,230.78 for the business week ending on Friday, Feb. 16, 2018. The land bank receives its funds from a two per cent fee charged on many Vineyard real estate transactions.

Much of the land bank revenue last week came from the town of Edgartown, where six transactions resulted in $338,750.78. Four transaction earned $29,730 in Tisbury. Two transactions resulted in $24,240 in Oak Bluffs. One transaction earned $16,500 in Chilmark.

No eligible transactions were recorded in Aquinnah or West Tisbury .
