John R. Carroll, 77, of Edgartown, was arraigned on Sept. 1 charges in Edgartown of lewdness, open and gross, indecent exposure and indecent assault and battery on child under 14. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Oct. 12. Sept. 7

Nathaniel L. Lally, 39, of Oak Bluffs, pleaded guilty to Feb. 4 charge in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving, placed on probation for two years, ordered to pay $400 in fees and $65 monthly probation services fee, complete 14-day residential driver alcohol education and aftercare. Feb. 4 charges in Oak Bluffs of driving with a suspended license and negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed upon request of commonwealth.

Sept. 10

April L. Cerrato, 31, of Edgartown, arraigned on August 29 charge in Edgartown of larceny of library materials under $250. Pretrial hearing scheduled Nov. 15.

Tammy J. Small, 46, of Oak Bluffs, arraigned on Sept. 9 charges in Oak Bluffs assault on family/household member and threatening to commit a crime. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Oct. 5.

Asif J. Henry, 25, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on Sept. 9 charge in Edgartown of lewdness, open and gross. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Nov. 2.

Sept. 13

Dominic Soderstrom, 24, of Edgartown, admitted to sufficient facts on June 23 charge in Edgartown of drunken driving, continued without a finding for one year, ordered to pay $600 in fees and $65 monthly probation services fee, and to complete driver alcohol education program and lose license for 45 days. Found not responsible in June 23 charge in Edgartown of marked lanes violation and June 23 charge in Edgartown of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed upon request of commonwealth.

Maryjane C. Burgoyne, 66, of Oak Bluffs, will have April 5 charge in Oak Bluffs of larceny by check under $250 dismissed upon request of commonwealth.

Andrew P. Sundberg, 39, of Arlington, Neb., arraigned on Sept. 10 charges in Vineyard Haven of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possessing open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, leaving scene of property damage and marked lanes violation. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Nov. 19.

Francois S. Everett, 28, of Oak Bluffs, was arraigned on Sept. 12 charges in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop/yield. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Nov. 13.

Nicolas A. Berntson, 31, of Oak Bluffs, will have August 10 charge in Oak Bluffs of breaking and entering for misdemeanor dismissed upon recommendation of probation department if $100 in court costs paid forthwith.

Sept. 14

Drew Moreis, 25, of Vineyard Haven, pleaded guilty to Jan. 27 charge in Oak Bluffs of shoplifting by concealing merchandise, finding filed for one year. In a separate docket, Mr. Moreis admitted to sufficient facts on Jan. 27 charge in Vineyard Haven of drunken driving, continued without a finding for one year, ordered to complete driver alcohol education program, lose license for 45 days and attend AA meetings. Pleaded guilty to Jan. 27 charge in Vineyard Haven of leaving the scene of property damage, placed on probation for one year, ordered to pay $65 monthly probation services fee. Found not responsible in Jan. 27 charges in Vineyard Haven of marked lanes violation and unregistered motor vehicle. Had Jan. 27 charge in Vineyard Haven of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed upon request of commonwealth.

Daniel J. Leventritt, 60, of Chilmark, was arraigned on August 2 charge in Chilmark of assault on a family/household member. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Oct. 12.

Nadia Nolan, 40, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on June 10 charge in West Tisbury of larceny under $1,200. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Nov. 13.
