Jeremy J. Beaudoin, 30, of Vineyard Haven, admitted to sufficient facts on Sept. 27 charge in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving, continued without a finding for one year, ordered to pay $600 in fees, $65 monthly probation services fee, complete driver alcohol education program, and lose license for 45 days. Found not responsible on Sept. 27 charges in Oak Bluffs of possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulation. Sept. 27 charges in Oak Bluffs of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended and negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed upon request of commonwealth.

Oct. 5

Keona M. Chung, 26, of West Tisbury, will have April 12 charges in Edgartown of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and malicious destruction of property over $250 dismissed upon request of commonwealth. A second April 12 charge in Edgartown of malicious destruction of property over $250 to be dismissed if $230 in restitution paid in one year.

Christopher S. Hardy, 20, of Greenland, N.H., will have August 4 charge in Vineyard Haven of assault and battery on family/household member dismissed upon request of commonwealth, failure of alleged victim to cooperate.

Caleb Bernstein, 34, of Revere, will have August 4 charges in Vineyard Haven of shoplifting by asportation and disorderly conduct dismissed upon request of commonwealth. In a separate docket, admitted to sufficient facts on August 29 charge in Oak Bluffs of resisting arrest, continued without a finding for one year, ordered to take medication as prescribed, attend mental health counseling, submit treatment verification to probation officer every other month. August 29 charge in Oak Bluffs of trespassing dismissed upon request of commonwealth.

Britta Nelson, 19, of Edgartown, arraigned on Sept. 1 charges in Edgartown of assault and battery on family/household member, intimidating witness/juror/police/court official. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Oct. 19.

Wesley P. Desouza, 34, of West Tisbury, arraigned on Sept. 29 charge in Vineyard Haven of assault with a dangerous weapon. According to police report filed in court, allegedly took out knife during altercation but did not release the blade. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Nov. 16.
