Catherine F. Bush, 56, of Edgartown was arraigned on Oct. 26 charges in Chilmark of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and leave scene of property damage. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Dec. 14.

Oct. 27

Lilian Silveira, 55, of Edgartown was arraigned on Oct. 27 charges in Edgartown of drunken driving, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Dec. 14.

Nov. 2

Edmund J. Willoughby, 36, of Edgartown pleaded guilty to March 3 charge in Vineyard Haven of drunken driving, second offense, sentenced to 90 days in house of corrections, two years of probation, 14 days inpatient treatment, $600 in fees. Admitted to sufficient facts in March 3 charge in Vineyard Haven of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, continued without finding for two years, ordered to pay $250 in fees. Found not responsible in March 3 charge in Vineyard Haven of marked lanes violation.

Angela Gulinello, 37, of Vineyard Haven pleaded guilty to April 14 charge in Edgartown of assault and battery on a public employee, ordered to one year in house of corrections, placed on probation for 18 months, complete counseling for substance abuse, remain alcohol free with screens, write a letter of apology and pay $50 in fees.

Allison Zanine, 54, of Bethel, Conn. admitted to sufficient facts on Sept. 15 charges in Edgartown of drunken driving and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, continued without a finding for one year, ordered to complete driver alcohol education program and to lose license for 45 days. Found not responsible in Sept. 15 charge in Edgartown of marked lanes violation.

Keith M. Strelecki, 45, of Oak Bluffs was arraigned on Nov. 1 charge in Oak Bluffs of assault and battery. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Nov. 29.

John M. Mcelhinney, 58, of Edgartown was arraigned on Nov. 1 charge in Edgartown of assault and battery on a family/household member. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Nov. 29.

Christopher D. Costello, 25, of Edgartown was arraigned on Nov. 4 charges in Vineyard Haven of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, load unsecured/uncovered and possessing open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Dec. 10.

Frances R. Bernard Jr., 51, Edgartown was arraigned on Nov. 3 charges in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to slow. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Dec. 10.

Rogerio D. Cardoso, 27, of Oak Bluffs was arraigned on Nov. 2 charges in Vineyard Haven of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with suspended license and marked lanes violation. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Dec. 14.

Nov. 6

Isaac D. Ardon, 24, of Lynn, admitted to sufficient facts in July 4 charge in Edgartown of drunken driving, continued without a finding for one year, ordered to complete driver alcohol education program, lose license for 45 days and pay $600 in fees. July 4 charge in Edgartown of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed upon request of commonwealth. Found not responsible in July 4 charges in Edgartown of marked lanes violation and refusing to identify self. Nov. 7

Benjamin C. Stafford, 37, of Oak Bluffs was arraigned on Nov. 1 charges in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving, marked lanes violation, wrong way state highway and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Dec. 13.

Dalibor Petrovic, 31, of Edgartown was arraigned on Nov. 1 charges in Edgartown of breaking and entering for misdemeanor and trespassing. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Jan. 3, 2019.

Nov. 9

Terrance P. Blackman, 28, of Hamden, Conn. had July 27 charge in Vineyard Haven of drunken driving dismissed upon request of commonwealth. Found not responsible in July 27 charge in Vineyard Haven of marked lanes violation.

David C. Hawkins, 57, of Edgartown pleaded guilty to July 25 charges in Edgartown of disorderly conduct and trespassing, sentenced to 30 days in house of corrections, deemed served. Sept. 3 charge in Edgartown of attempting to commit a crime dismissed upon request of commonwealth. In a separate docket, pleaded guilty to August 31 charge in Edgartown of threatening to commit a crime, sentenced to 30 days in house of corrections.
