Ordered to pay $600 in fees, $65 monthly probation fee, complete 24-day driver alcohol education course and 45-day loss of license. Admitted sufficient facts on charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, continued without a finding until July 5, 2019. Ordered to pay $250 victim/witness assessment. Found not responsible for marked lanes violation.

Jan. 18

Nicole Hebert, 57, of Vineyard Haven, pleaded guilty to Dec. 1, 2018 charge in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving second offense. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to complete 24-day driver alcohol education course and 45-day loss of license. Admitted sufficient facts on charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, continued without a finding for one year. Found not responsible on charges of marked lanes violation and possessing open container of alcohol in motor vehicle.

Melissa Clay, 45, of West Tisbury pleaded guilty to Oct. 5, 2017 charge in Edgartown of negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $300 in fees and $50 monthly probation fee. Charge of drunken driving dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible for marked lanes violation.

Linycker V. Souza, 24, of Vineyard Haven, ordered to 20 hours of community service on Jan. 18 charge in Vineyard Haven of keeping noisy and disorderly house. Charge to be dismissed if completed by March 20.

Jan. 19

Freddy C. Macdougal, 44, of Oak Bluffs, admitted sufficient facts on Jan. 19 charge in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving, continued without a finding for one year. Ordered to pay $600 in fees, $50 montly probation fee, complete 24-day driver alcohol education course and 45-day loss of license. Also ordered to pay $150 counsel fee and $150 contribution. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible for marked lanes violation.

Jan. 22

Alexa R. Worthington, 24, of Westford, found responsible in a bench trial (hearing) on August 1, 2018 charges in West Tisbury of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation. Placed on probation for one year and ordered to pay $100 fine. Found not guilty in a bench trial (hearing) of drunken driving.

Joseph P. Capobianco, 61, of West Tisbury admitted to sufficient facts on July 28, 2018 charge in West Tibsury of assault and battery on person 60-plus/disabled, continued without a finding for one year. Ordered to pay $50 monthly probation fee and $90 victim/witness assessment. Restitution to be determined. Charge of disorderly conduct dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Jan. 23

Arlyton Rodrigues, 28, of Oak Bluffs, arraigned on Jan. 23 charges in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehcile, and OUI drugs. Pretrial hearing set for March 1.

Jan. 24

Michael C. Willoughby, 39, of Oak Bluffs, arraigned on Nov. 24 charges in Edgartown of breaking and entering building at nightime for felony, larceny from building, and destruction of property less than $1,200. Bail set at $1,000. Pretrial hearing set for Feb. 11. Edmund J. Willoughby, 36, of Oak Bluffs, pleaded not guilty to Nov. 24 charges in Edgartown of breaking and entering building at nightime for felony, larceny from building, destruction of property less than $1,200, and receiving stolen property greater than $1,200. Bail set at $1,000. Pretrial hearing set for Feb. 11.

Kemar J. Thomas, 28, of Vineyard Haven, pleaded not guilty to Nov. 26, 2018 charge in Edgartown of vandalizing property. Pretrial hearing set for Feb. 11.

Aecio R. Dossantos, 53, of Vineyard Haven pleaded not guilty to Jan. 24 charge in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving, negligent operation of motor vehicle and marked lanes violation. Pretrial hearing set for March 29.

Christopher G. Magee, 55, of Vineyard Haven, ordered to pay $200 in fees for Nov. 9, 2017 charge in Edgartown of class A drug possession, intent to distribute (heroin). Charge to be dismissed if court costs paid by March 27. Charges of class B drug possession, intent to distribute (Suboxone), conspiracy to violate drug law, and reckless endangerment of child dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. In a separate docket, Mr. Magee was ordered to pay $1,000 restitution for Nov. 2, 2017 charge in Vineyard Haven of motor vehicle larceny. Charge to be dismissed if court costs paid by March 27. Charges of larceny over $250 and improperly removing a motor vehicle dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Joseph Kenney, 66, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on April 19, 2017 charge in Vineyard Haven of larceny by check over $250. Pretrial hearing set for Feb. 22.

Jan. 25

Zachary A. Dupon, 23, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on Nov. 3, 2018 charges in Oak Bluffs of larceny from building and larceny over $1,200. Pretrial hearing set for Feb. 22.

George A. Baird, 42, of Aquinnah, pleaded guilty to Dec. 9, 2018 charge in Vineyard Haven of resisting arrest. Placed on probation for one year. Further condition to stay away from Bobby B’s Pizzeria and remain alcohol free with testing. Charge of disorderly conduct dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

David C. Fecitt, 41, of Vineyard Haven, had June 2, 2018 charge in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on charges of failing to stop/yield and crosswalk violation.
