Narcello Ribeiro-Dasgracas, 38, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on Jan. 19 charges of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to wear a seatbelt, motor vehicle operator refusing to identify self, and two counts of forging/misusing RMV documents. Held on $5,000 bail. In a separate docket, Mr. Ribeiro Dasgracas was arraigned on Jan. 19 charge of arrestee furnishing to law enforcement false ID information. Pretrial hearing set for Feb. 22.

Jan. 28

Andrew D. Williamson, 51, of Edgartown, pleaded not guilty to Jan. 27 charges in Edgartown of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation. Pretrial hearing set for Feb. 28. Jan. 31

Sebastian M. Pattavina, 53, of Edgartown, was arraigned on June 1, 2014 charges of rape and indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over. Bail set at $500 and condition that defendant not practice massage and stay away from/not contact alleged victim. Pretrial hearing scheduled for April 19.

Dominik Boric, 26, of Vineyard Haven, had Oct. 19, 2018 charge of larceny over $1,200 dismissed upon request of the commonwealth prior to arraignment.

Russell Coburn, 53, of Vineyard Haven was arraigned on June 25, 2018 charge of identity fraud. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Feb. 21.

Feb. 1

Renato Desouza, 31, of Oak Bluffs arraigned on Dec. 26, 2018 charge of drunken driving, marked lanes violation and unlicenese operation of a motor vehicle, continued to March 29, 2019 for motion to suppress.

Meirilucia P. Nunes, 37, of Oak Bluffs pleaded guilty to June 12, 2018 charge of negligent operation of a vehicle. Charges of drunken driving and unlicensed operator of a motor vehicle dismissed upon request of the commonwealth, found not responsible for open container alcohol charge.

Meirilucia P. Nunes, 37, of Oak Bluffs found not responsible on March 18, 2018 charges of driving while electronic messaging and marked lanes violation.

Wesley P. Desouza, 35, of West Tisbury, had Sept. 29, 2018 charge of assault with a dangerous weapon dismissed upon request of the commonwealth for failure of alleged victim to cooperate.

John M. McElhinney, 58, of Edgartown had Nov. 1, 2018 charge of assault and battery on a household member dismissed upon request of the commonwealth for failure of alleged victim to cooperate.

Drew Moreis, 26, of Edgartown, was arraigned on Jan. 30 charges in Edgartown of assault and battery on a family/household member, strangulation or suffocation, and intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official. Pretrial hearing set for March 7.

Feb. 4

Thiago D. Machado, 30, of Edgartown arraigned on Sept. 1, 2018 charges of larceny by check over $1,200, dismissed at request of the commonwealth, restitution paid.

Hillary Seaton, 42, of Oak Bluffs admitted to sufficient facts on Jan. 25, 2018 charge of receiving stolen property over $250. Continued without finding to Feb. 6.

Jonathan M. White, 27, of Salem was arraigned on Sept. 14, 2018 charges of drunken driving and suspended license. Pretrial hearing set for March 4.

Joseph W. Daniels, 31, of Woodsville, N.H., arraigned on Feb. 3 charges in Edgartown of drunken driving 3rd offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Pretrial hearing set for March 4.

Feb. 7

Cledinaldo P. Prata, 41, of Edgartown, pleaded guilty to July 2, 2017 charge in Edgartown of drunken driving. Ordered to pay $1,100 in fines. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Alistair J. Morgan, 22, of Chilmark, arraigned on Feb. 7 charges in Vineyard Haven of drunken driving and serious injury, OUI drugs and serious injury, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, and possession of an open container of alcohol in motor vehicle. Bail set at $2,500. Further condition to remain alcohol free with screens and no operation of a motor vehicle. Pretrial hearing set for Feb. 15.

Feb. 8

Dale Whyte, 34, of Edgartown, arraigned on August 18, 2016 charge in Oak Bluffs of indecent assault and battery on child under 14. Released on bail and further condition to not abuse and stay away from (100 yards) alleged victim. Pretrial hearing set for May 3.

Timothy A. Higgins, 35, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on Feb. 7 charge in Vineyard Haven of assault and battery on family/household member. Bail set at $500. Pretrial hearing set for March 7.

Lev C. Wlodyka, 39, of Chilmark, admitted to sufficient facts on Nov. 17, 2017 charges in Chilmark of hunting by artificial light, hunting with improper bow and arrow, hunting/fishing without a license, and hunting from vehicle/boat, continued without a finding until Feb. 5, 2020. Ordered to pay $50 monthly probation services fee and forfeit crossbow. Charges of trespassing and hunting/fishing on posted property dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Lucas Z. Pinheiro, 21, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on Feb. 7 charges in Vineyard Haven of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, not in possession of registration, possession of a class E drug (Adderall) and possess to distribute class D drug (marijuana). Pretrial hearing set for March 8.

Feb. 11

Abraham T. Rendon, 29, of Oak Bluffs, had July 1 charge in Oak Bluffs of assault and battery on family/household member dismissed upon request of the commonwealth, failure of alleged victim to cooperate.

Roman Gluh, 26, of Edgartown, was found responsible in a bench trial on August 15, 2018 charge in Edgartown of speeding. Ordered to pay $100 fine. Found not guilty in a bench trial on charge of drunken driving.

Albert J. Vieira, Jr., 67, of Newington, Conn., was arraigned on Sept. 15, 2018 charge in Edgartown of assault and battery. Status review scheduled for March 25. Pretrial hearing set for May 17.

Julio C. Brito, 23, of West Tisbury, admitted to sufficient facts on May 20, 2018 charge in West Tisbury of leaving the scene of property damage, continued without a finding for six months. Ordered to pay $300 in fees, restitution left open. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on charges of marked lanes violation and speeding.

Matthew Brown, 47, of Vineyard Haven, was placed on pretrial probation for six months on Nov. 25, 2018 charge in Vineyard Haven of violating an abuse prevention order. Further condition to abide by any active restraining orders.
