Susan McCombe, 54, of Vineyard Haven, pleaded not guilty to Feb. 23 charges in Vineyard Haven of assault and battery on family/household member, malicious destruction of property under $1,200, threat to commit crime and intimidate witness/juror/police/court official. Bail set at $1,000. Further condition no abuse of alleged victim. Pretrial hearing scheduled for March 22.

March 1

Marcone Noronha, 36, of Oak Bluffs, was arraigned on Feb. 26 charges in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving, marked lanes violation and unlicensed operation of motor vehicle. Pretrial hearing set for May 10.

March 4

David M. McCarthy, 56, of Edgartown was arraigned on Jan. 23 charges in Oak Bluffs of disorderly conduct, marked lanes violation, failure to wear seat belt, no inspection/sticker and negligent operation of a motor vehilce. Pretrial hearing scheduled for April 19.

Tyrone T. Barlosky, 37, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on Jan. 29 charge in Vineyard Haven of shoplifting by concealing merchandise. Charges to be dismissed if court costs/restitution of $100 paid by April 3.

Albion A. Alley, 68, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on March 3 charges in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation. Pretrial hearing scheduled for March 28.

March 7

Jason A. Leone of Vineyard Haven, now deceased, had March 10, 2018 charges in Vineyard Haven of drunken driving, second offense, negligent operation of motor vehicle and operation of a motor vehicle with license suspended dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Brian O’Gorman, 60, of Chilmark, was arraigned on Sept. 15, 2018 charge in Edgartown of disorderly conduct. Probable disposition hearing scheduled for March 3.

Lawrence E. Layton, 50, of Chilmark, had Jan. 1 charges in Chilmark of assault and battery on family/household member, and two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (cardboard box and wooden table) dismissed upon request of the commonwealth, failure of alleged victim to cooperate.

March 8

Stephan W. Moore, 59, of Oak Bluffs, had August 21, 2018 charges in Vineyard Haven of breaking and entering building daytime for felony, possession of class B drug, possession of class E drug, larceny from building, and larceny from building under $1,200 dismissed upon request of the commonwealth, alleged victim has pleaded the fifth. In separate dockets, Mr. Moore had July 13, 2018 charge in Vineyard Haven of assault and battery; June 12, 2018 charge in Vineyard Haven of criminal harrassment; Feb. 2, 2017 charges of breaking and entering building daytime for felony, two counts; and Sept. 2, 2018 charge in Vineyard Haven of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (knife) all dismissed upon request of the commonwealth, alleged victim has pleaded the fifth.

Ross G. Swiriduk, 61, of Vineyard Haven, had Sept. 2, 2018 charges in Vineyard Haven of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (wooden candlestick) and assault and battery dismissed upon request of the commonwealth, alleged victim has pleaded the fifth.

Dailbor Petrovic, 32, homeless, had August 31, 2018 charge in Edgartown of disorderly conduct dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Michael K. Noonan, 57, of Vineyard Haven, had Sept. 17, 2018 charges in Vineyard Haven of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery dismissed upon request of the commonwealth, alleged victim has pleaded the fifth.

Sean G. Souza, 46, of Vineyard Haven was placed on one year of pretrial probation for Dec. 31, 2018 charges in Vineyard Haven of assault and battery on family/household member, two counts of intimidating witness/juror/police/court official and threat to commit crime. Further conditions no abuse of alleged victims and continue counseling.

March 11

Nicholas A. Barbera, 33, of Vineyard Haven, pleaded guilty to July 28 charges in Vineyard Haven of two counts of assault and battery. Placed on probation for two years, remain alcohol free with screens, and remain in counseling at Banyan treatment center and remain in sober house. Ordered to pay $50 victim/witness assessment and $65 monthly probation services fee. Charge of strangulation dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Kemar J. Thomas, 28, of Vineyard Haven had Nov. 26 charge in Edgartown of vandalizing property dismissed upon request of the commonwealth, failure of alleged victim to cooperate.
