Raymond A. Perry, 27, of Edgartown, pleaded not guilty on August 25 charges in Edgartown of drunken driving, second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Sept. 20.

Sept. 2

Tyrone T. Barlosky, 37, of Vineyard Haven admitted to sufficient facts on March 23 charge in Edgartown of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, continued without a finding for one year. Ordered to pay $300 in fines and $50 probation supervision fee. Found not responsible on charge of marked lanes violation.

Sept. 3

Anngray A. Doig, 62, of Edgartown, admitted to sufficient facts on August 27 charge in Edgartown of drunken driving, continued without a finding for ten months. Ordered to pay $600 in fines and $65 monthly probation services fee. Ordered to complete 24-day driver alcohol education course and 45-day loss of license. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on charge of marked lanes violation.

Timothy A. Higgins, 35, of Vineyard Haven had Feb. 7 charge in Vineyard Haven of assault and battery on family/household member dismissed upon request of the commonwealth, failure to prosecute.

John M. Mcelhinney, 59, of Edgartown, admitted to sufficient facts on June 1 charge in Edgartown of resisting arrest, continued without a finding for one year. Ordered to pay $50 victim/witness assessment and $50 monthly probation supervision fee. Ordered to remain alcohol free with screens (may be removed after 3 months of success) and to complete mental health evaluation. Charge of assault and battery on family/household member dismissed upon request of the commonwealth, lack of alleged victim cooperation. Charge of assault and battery on a police officer dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Carlos Villegas, 27, of New Bedford was arraigned on Sept. 3 charges in Oak Bluffs of disorderly conduct, two counts of assault and battery on a police officer, intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official and resisting arrest. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Sept. 23. Further condition to remain alcohol free with screens.

Sean N. O’Donnell, 27, of Chicopee was arraigned on Sept. 2 charge in Vineyard Haven of drunken driving. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Oct. 18.

Abigail Oliviera, 36, of Edgartown, was arraigned on Sept. 1 charges in Vineyard Haven of drunken driving, marked lanes violation and motor vehicle lights violation. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Oct. 18.

Robert J. Francis Jr., 61, of West Tisbury pleaded guilty to August 30 charge in Vineyard Haven of disorderly conduct. Ordered to pay $150 assessment.

Michael C. Willoughby, 39, of Oak Bluffs pleaded guilty to Nov. 24 charges in Edgartown of breaking and entering building nighttime for felony and larceny from building. Defendant placed on probation for 18 months and ordered to pay $1,200 restitution. Probation conditions include recovery coach and mental health treatment until professionally discharged. Charge of malicious destruction of property less than $1,200 dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Sept. 4

Robert J. Francis Jr., 61, of West Tisbury had August 25 charge in Vineyard Haven of disorderly conduct dismissed, nolle prosequi.

Sept. 5

Daniel F. Lima, 40, of Vineyard Haven, admitted to sufficient facts on August 3, 2018 charge in Vineyard Haven of drunken driving, continued without a finding for one year. Ordered to pay $600 in fines and $65 monthly probation services fee. Ordered to complete 24-day driver alcohol education course and 45-day loss of license. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on charge of marked lanes violation.

Wemerson P. Deoliviera, 39, of Vineyard Haven, had April 24 charge in Vineyard Haven of operating motor vehicle with license suspended, amended to subsequent offense dismissed if $500 fee paid by Nov. 6. Found not responsible on charge of failure to signal.

Merilucia P. Nunes, 38, of Oak Bluffs had May 14 charge in Edgartown of larceny over $1,200 dismissed upon recommendation of the probation department if $1,000 in court costs and restitution are paid forthwith.

Wellington Oliveira-Alves, 27, of Edgartown, was arraigned on August 10 charges in Vineyard Haven of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and possessing an open container of alcohol in the motor vehicle. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Oct. 3.

Brian Beasley, 27, of Oak Bluffs was arraigned on Sept. 4 charges in Vineyard Haven of violating an abuse prevention order and possessing a firearm without an FID card. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Oct. 18. Further condition to abide by all active restraining order conditions.

Sept. 6

Colin V. Coyle, 27, of Edgartown, was arraigned on Sept. 5 charges in Edgartown of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and motor vehicle lights violation. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Sept. 23. Rafael J. Robadel, 27, of Edgartown was arraigned on April 6 charges in Vineyard Haven of drunken driving, second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, possessing an open container of alcohol in motor vehicle and license not in possession. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Oct. 18.

Sept. 9

Walter A. Hammond, 50, of Oak Bluffs, had July 9 charge in Oak Bluffs of assault and battery on family/household member dismissed upon request of the commonwealth, failure of alleged victim to cooperate, defendant consents.

Michelle I. Gingras, 56, of Oak Bluffs, had July 18 charge in Oak Bluffs of asssault and battery on family/household member dismissed upon request of the commonwealth, failure of alleged victim to cooperate.
