The following cases were heard in Edgartown district court:

Feb. 3

Jennifer E. Lehman, 40, of Vineyard Haven was arraigned on Feb. 2 charges in Edgartown of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possession of a class B drug with intent to distribute. Pretrial hearing scheduled for March 20.

Michael S. Rodrick, 41, of Vineyard Haven was arraigned on Feb. 1 charge in Vineyard Haven of violating an abuse prevention order. Pretrial hearing scheduled for March 13.

Feb. 7

Robert G. Walsh, 53, of Hyannis was found guilty on July 3, 2018 charge in Oak Bluffs of negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Sentenced to 90 days in a house of correction, committed.

Adam L. Robinson, 38, of Vineyard Haven pleaded guilty to May 7, 2019 charge in Vineyard Haven of possessing a class A drug (heroin) with intent to distribute. Sentenced to serve two and a half years in a house of correction, committed with a 37 day credit. Charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, possession of a class C drug (diazepan) and possession of a class E drug (xanax and buspirone) were dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Brian Beasley, 27, of Oak Bluffs was placed on 10 months of pretrial probation for Sept. 4, 2019 charges in Vineyard Haven of violating an abuse prevention order and possessing a firearm without an FID card. Further conditions to stay away from and make no contact with alleged victim and to forfeit bullet to the commonwealth.

Amanda M. Strausser, 29, of Lewistown, Pa., pleaded not guilty to Oct. 20, 2019 charges in Vineyard Haven of disturbing the peace, assault and battery on a police officer, assault and battery on ambulance personnel and disorderly conduct. Pretrial hearing scheduled for March 23.
