The following cases were heard in Edgartown district court:

Feb. 13

Evandro Deoliveira, 40, of Edgartown was arraigned on Feb. 8 charges in Vineyard Haven of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation. Pretrial hearing scheduled for March 5.

Jhollimar Defreitas, 21, of West Tisbury was arraigned on Feb. 9 charges in Edgartown of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop/yield, marked lanes violation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Pretrial hearing scheduled for March 5.

Spencer P. Dube, 26, of Charlton was arraigned on Feb. 11 charges in Edgartown of assault and battery on a family/household member and assault and battery on a pregnant victim. Further condition to stay away from and have no contact with alleged victim. Pretrial hearing scheduled for March 13.

Marcio E. Alves, 49, of Oak Bluffs was arraigned on Jan. 16 charge in Oak Bluffs of violating a municipal ordinance by-law (open container of alcohol in public). Ordered to pay a fine of $50.

Wagner E. Nunes, 28, of Edgartown had April 28, 2019 charge in Oak Bluffs of assault and battery dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Charge of malicious destruction of property less that $1,200 dismissed upon recommendation of the probation department; $100 restitution paid forthwith.

Feb. 18

James P. Moore, 42, of Falmouth was arraigned on July 2, 2019 charges in Oak Bluffs of larceny over $1,200 and larceny by check over $1,200. Pretrial hearing scheduled for March 2.

Phillip D. Levesque, 46, of Edgartown was arraigned on Feb. 18 charge in Edgartown of assault and battery on a family/household member. Further condition to remain alcohol free. Pretrial hearing scheduled for March 23.

Daisy Moreau, 25, of Oak Bluffs was arraigned on Feb. 3 charges in West Tisbury of felony breaking and entering during the daytime, malicious destruction of property over $1,200 and disorderly conduct. Bail set at $500 and counsel fee of $150 imposed. Further condition to stay away from the property. Pretrial hearing scheduled for March 27.

Walter A. Hammond, 50, of Oak Bluffs was arraigned on Feb. 16 charges in Oak Bluffs of assault and battery on a family/household member and of violating an abuse prevention order. Condition to stay away from and have no contact with alleged victim. Pretrial hearing scheduled for March 23. In a separate docket, Mr. Hammond was arraigned on Feb. 16 charges in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, motor vehicle lights violation and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Bail set at $500. Pretrial hearing scheduled for March 23.

Felix Reagan, 23, of Oak Bluffs was arraigned on Feb. 16 charges in Oak Bluffs of assault and battery on a family/household member, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Bail set at $650. Pretrial hearing scheduled for March 16.

Feb. 20

Jennifer E. Lehman, 40, of Vineyard Haven was arraigned on Feb. 19 charges in Edgartown of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Bail set at $500. Pretrial hearing scheduled for April 10.

Russell Beaudoin, 36, of Worcester was arraigned on Feb. 14 charges in Vineyard Haven of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for drunken driving and speeding. Pretrial hearing scheduled for March 13.

Feb. 21

Heatheranne Von Herbruck, 48, of Vineyard Haven had Feb. 14, 2019 charge in Vineyard Haven of vandalizing property dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Amasa Mcmahon, 44, of Vineyard Haven admitted to sufficient facts on Dec. 16, 2019 charges in Edgartown of drunken driving and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, continued without a finding for one year. Ordered to pay $600 in fees $65 monthly probation services fee. Required to complete 24-day driver’s alcohol education program and 45-day loss of license. Further condition to remain alcohol free.
