Former Dukes County superior court clerk Joseph E. Sollitto, Jr. has joined the firm of Brush, Flanders & Moriarty, LLC, according to an announcement from the firm.
 
Mr. Sollitto served the superior court for 42 years, elected and re-elected for seven consecutive terms before retiring in January, 2019. A former Oak Bluffs selectman, he also served on the town police force and in the Marine Corps, and was an Associate in the Edgartown Law office of Philip J. Norton, Jr., Esq. He is a graduate of Stonehill College and Suffolk University Law School. He resides in Oak Bluffs with his wife Kathleen Davis Sollitto.

Mr. Sollitto will work with firm litigator Timothy M. Moriarty, and in his capacity as a certified land court title examiner he will assist firm conveyancer Caroline R. Flanders.
