The following cases were heard in Edgartown district court.

Jan. 25

Steven M. Rysz, 50, of Fisher Island, Fla. was arraigned on March 1, 2019 charges in Vineyard Haven of criminal harassment. The defendant’s motion to dismiss was denied, and the defendant’s objection was noted for the record. Pretrial hearing scheduled for March 4.

Jan. 28

Meirilucia P. Nunes, 39, of Vineyard Haven was arraigned on Jan. 27 charges in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving, negligent operation of motor vehicle, operating motor vehicle with license suspended and marked lanes violation. Bail set at $500. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Feb. 25.

Feb. 8

Marie Lopez, 55, of Oak Bluffs was arraigned via Zoom on Jan. 31 charge in Oak Bluffs of assault and battery on family/household member. Further condition to abide by emergency restraining order and no abuse of or contact with alleged victim, stay 100 yards away. Pretrial hearing scheduled for April 2.

Thomas Grimm, 30, of West Tisbury was arraigned via Zoom on Feb. 6 charge in Edgartown of assault and battery on family/household member. Bail set at $500. Pretrial hearing scheduled for March 22.

Ryan K. Terry, 41, of Highland Park, Mich. was arraigned via Zoom on Feb. 7 charges in Vineyard Haven of breaking and entering building at nighttime for felony (Harbor Landing Hotel) and disorderly conduct, subsequent offense. Further condition to stay away from victim and Harbor Landing Hotel. Pretrial hearing scheduled for April 2.

Feb. 18

Mikhail Mordvinov, 32, of Edgartown was arraigned on Dec. 29, 2020 charge in Edgartown of threat to commit crime (bodily harm with a weapon). Further condition to stay away from and have no contact with alleged victim. Pretrial hearing scheduled for April 30.

Feb. 22

Jason Reagan, 39, of Oak Bluffs had April 26, 2020 charge in Oak Bluffs of assault and battery on family/household member dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Rachel R. Wild, 38, of Edgartown had July 4, 2019 charges in West Tisbury of assault and battery on family/household member and malicious destruction of property less than $1,200 dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.
