Good news, you didn’t miss the dehumidifier turn-in last Saturday. I goofed up on the date. It’s actually this coming Saturday, June 21. So to repeat the details, Mass Save and the Cape Light Compact will give you a $30 rebate for old dehumidifiers. It has to be in working condition. You can only turn in two of them. It has to be residential size which apparently means 20 to 70 pints. They are collecting them this coming Saturday, at Crane Appliance in Vineyard Haven between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. They will have the rebate forms.

The Chappy Ferry Steering committee will hold a Zoom meeting on Wednesday, June 25 at 10 a.m. to discuss a request by the Chappy Ferry for a fare increase. Check the town website under the agenda heading for the zoom link. It probably won’t appear until a day before the meeting.
