1. Use your car horn for times of emergencies, not for times of impatience.

2. Follow traffic signs for speed limits and other directions.

3. If you are a bike rider, wear a helmet.

4. Leash your dog in public places.

5. Don’t litter and if you see litter, pick it up.

6. Make sure that your home is energy efficient.

7. Remember what your parents taught you, use the words please and thank you often.

8. Be aware of ticks prevention.

9. Use sunblock whenever you are out for long periods of time.

10. After checking with the owner for permission, pet a dog, you will both be better for it.

11. Do not park in handicap spots.

12. Whenever possible, buy from local merchants.

13. Thank postal workers and other service providers for all they do for us.
