After months of back and forth, Tisbury selectmen have signed a contract to allow a three-day music festival to take place in Veterans Memorial Park this August. The festival is the first of its kind in the town.
The veteran selectman will not appear on the ballot next week after 25 years in office. Elected leaders say he takes with him a wealth of knowledge.
