I know I have said we needed rain, but I did not mean all at once.
It seems since Debbie has passed us, she took the humidity with her.
As I write this the weather is on and telling us that the humidity is going away and the temperature on the islands will be in the 70s.
We have had some relief from the heat, but I am sitting here listening to the glorious rain.
I think we are all thankful that the heat and humidity finally let up. I love to open my windows.

I wished for rain and we got it. We needed it but at times it seemed that the sky really did open. We have been lucky that the humidity has spared us so far.
Here we are one week before July 4, and we have been through July weather.
As I write this the weatherman is reporting record breaking heat wave in Massachusetts, but am relieved to see we are in the green and not going to be affected.
