I love this weather — not too hot, not too cold. You can wear a sweatshirt in the morning and shorts by afternoon. Now we are getting the much-needed rain and sun for the Labor Day weekend. Happy birthday to all who celebrated their day this past week.

We are seeing a lot of rain but the forecast is predicting good weather for the rest of the festivities coming up in August. I am loving the cool nights and no mugginess.

We’re having a heat wave, a tropical heat wave — at least that’s how the song goes and so does the weather. I can remember days like these, but I don’t remember them lasting this long. There is nothing we can do about it but endure it and make the best of it.
