Aquinnah Parade Boogies to Its Own Beat

For those on the western edge of the Vineyard, the small but mighty Aquinnah Fourth of July parade tops them all. Beginning at the corner of Moshup Trail and State Road and heading up to the Aquinnah Circle, parade-goers gather each year at mid-morning to celebrate the holiday and their small town.

Thanks Lisa, and big shout out to City Clerk Gabbi Camilleri who orchestrated the entire Town Picnic. She & her amazing team of Former Clerk Caroline Feltz, Selectman Gary Haley, Bd of Health member Jimmy Benoit, Community Preservation Trust member Beth Green & a lovely lady from the condos at the Cliffs whose name I can’t remember. They worked over hot stoves in the hot sun, and did an amazing job. Thank you all.
