The best astronomical show is taking place now and in the early morning sky. Whether you stay up late, past 1 o’clock, or rise early well before the sunrise, look up.
Three bright objects are hovering up in the sky. In the morning, you see the three celestial objects nearly over your head. If you are outside well after midnight, the three are rising in the east.
Jupiter, the brightest planet in the night sky has lined up with ruby red Mars and the bright star Regulus. Regulus is the brightest star in the zodiacal constellation Leo.
This weekend, the three form a nice line up. Not too far away, you’ll see the moon approaching. The best of show takes place in the mornings ahead. Monday and Tuesday are great. But it is even better when the moon appears close and in the mix on Wednesday morning.
