The Vineyard Gazette is seeking an experienced editor to lead The VINE, a publication delivered seven times a year to every mailbox on Martha’s Vineyard. Responsibilities include assigning and editing stories, managing the editorial calendar, and coordinating freelance writers and photographers.
The ideal candidate is well-connected to Island life, with a keen eye for compelling local stories, people, and events. Strong editorial judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to develop engaging content that reflects the Island and its community are essential. Design experience is a plus but not required.
This is a part-time position.
