Welcome, Emma
Melissa and Scott Braillard of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Emma Jean Braillard, born on Nov. 5, at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Emma weighed 7 pounds, 3.5 ounces at birth.
