Sarah Henry and David Sprague of West Tisbury announce the birth of a daughter, Felicity Diana Sprague, born on Nov. 15 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Felicity weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces at birth. She will be joining siblings Myles, Abby and Jacob at home.
