Valquiria Souza Barros De Freitas and David Oliveira De Freitas, of West Tisbury, announce the birth of a son, Nathan Souza De Freitas, born on March 15 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Nathan weighed 8 pounds, 4.55 ounces at birth.
